Pork & Pickles is the coalescence of years as culinary professionals, world travelers, a devotion to high quality, intentionally sourced food, and a love for our little corner of Appalachia. Our mission is to create a unique food experience that both expands the palate of our diners and holds up our local agricultural community. We recycle, compost, and use close to 100% of every product, making Pork & Pickles a nearly zero-waste operation! We believe in partnerships of equality - superb products in exchange for sustainable income. We use food as a platform to shed light on issues of economics, climate change, and social justice. We believe everybody has a right to healthy, delicious food and fair wages, and we’re approaching that one bite at a time.
