We had such a great response from last years’ class that we decided to offer it again for those who missed it! Join us in the ACEnet kitchen for a fun lesson on preparing vegetables. We will discuss and practice roasting, braising, blanching, and other techniques to create flavorful, delicious compositions. Classes will feature locally-grown produce.
