Think beyond romaine hearts and packaged dressings and learn to make center of the plate warm and cold salads, different styles of vinaigrettes and creamy dressings, and inventive compositions. You will be taught to plate your creations like the pros, and how to create a beautiful meal based on flavor profiles and available local ingredients.
