"Low and Slow" are words we live by in the P&P kitchen. Join us to learn about braising, confitting, and slow roasting. We'll teach you which cuts to use, how to prepare them, what goes well with them, and most of all, give you the confidence to do it at home. 

This class will have a demo portion, as well as a hands on component. Each participant will take home a cut of pork shoulder, a braising liquid, and the know-how to finish it at home. 

Braised meat will be snacked on after the class.
