Join us in the spacious kitchen at Appalachian Center for Economic Networks (ACEnet) for the second sausage making class of our Fall Cooking Class Series! 

Begin to learn the process of butchering anatomy, developing a recipe, grinding the meat and spices, and stuffing into natural casing - for those who attend the first sausage making class, you will be building upon your skills and trying different recipes. 

Students will take home some of their own sausage to share! Snacks follow the lesson.
