What $65 gets you:
Two and a half hour sausage making class
A three course family-style sit down supper
A recipe and technique booklet
Two packages of sausage to take home
Learn the full process from writing a recipe, properly scaling the recipe out, grinding the meat with other ingredients, mixing the sausage, and finally stuffing it into natural hog casings. We will make two kinds of sausage:
Herbs de Provence and Jalapeño - Cheddar Bratwurst
A three course family style meal will be served featuring the sausage we made in class. Craft beer will be available. Enjoy the time to sit around the table with your instructor and classmates to chat about meat, or whatever comes up.
Pâté and Pickle Plate
Housemade pork pâté, lardo, and eclectic pickled vegetables
local greens, preserved lemon vinaigrette, diakon
herbs de provence sausage (made in class), honey- wine sauce
Space is limited to 20 people. Class is open to adults and children 12+ (accompanied by an adult)
$10 off tickets to fellow food service industry folks. Two positions are open for $40 assistant tickets. Come 45 minutes before the class and stay 45 minutes late to help set up and clean up the event.
